Terms of Service
Welcome to StatTrakker. By creating an account or using our service, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
Your account
You're responsible for the information you enter and for keeping your PIN private. Provide accurate information, and don't impersonate anyone else. Don't share your PIN with anyone.
Age requirements
You must be at least 13 to create a StatTrakker account. If you are under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission to use the service.
Accounts for athletes under 13 are not currently available. We are building a parent-managed option for younger athletes. When it launches, an account for an athlete under 13 may only be created by a parent or legal guardian who completes our verifiable parental consent process, and making that athlete's passport visible to coaches and scouts will require a separate consent. A coach, team, club, or league cannot give that consent on a parent's behalf.
If we learn that an account was created by someone under 13 outside that process, we will delete the account and its information.
Subscriptions & billing
- Athlete plans are $7/month.
- Coach plans are $7/month for unlimited athletes on your team.
- Scout plans are $7/month.
- School and league plans are priced individually — contact us for a quote.
- Athlete and coach plans begin with a 14-day free trial. Scout plans are billed from signup and do not include a free trial. After the trial, your subscription renews monthly until you cancel.
- Payments are processed by PayPal. You can cancel anytime from your account or your PayPal account; cancellation stops future charges.
- Except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable.
Founding member offer
- The first 30 members — 15 athletes and 15 coaches — who complete our 3-question feedback survey after their free trial can lock in a founding rate of $5/month, in place of the regular $7/month. The founding rate applies to athlete and coach plans only, and does not apply to scout plans.
- The founding rate applies for as long as your subscription stays continuously active. "For life" means the life of that subscription, not a perpetual right to the price.
- If you cancel, let the subscription lapse, or your payment fails and is not cured, the founding rate is permanently void. Re-subscribing later is billed at the regular rate, and the spot is not returned to the pool.
- The offer is limited to 30 founding members and ends when those spots are filled or when we withdraw the offer, whichever comes first.
- We may end or change this offer for anyone who has not yet claimed a spot. Members who have already locked in the rate keep it under the terms above.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse StatTrakker. That includes submitting false or misleading stats, harassing others, attempting to access accounts that aren't yours, or interfering with the service. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
Your content
The stats and information you add are yours. By using the service, you allow StatTrakker to display that information as needed to operate the passport and team features, including making athlete profiles visible to coaches and scouts within StatTrakker.
Visibility to coaches and scouts
StatTrakker is built to be found. Coaches and scouts with StatTrakker accounts can browse the athlete pool and view passports, including those of athletes who are not on their team. Your passport — name, sport, position, level, team, passport score, and the stats and check-ins you enter — is visible to them when you use the service.
You can also share a link to your passport. Anyone with that link can view it without a StatTrakker account and without signing in, so share it only with people you intend to reach. If you do not want your information visible in these ways, do not create a passport. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Scouting and outcomes
StatTrakker provides tools and visibility. We don't guarantee that any athlete will be scouted, recruited, or selected for a team. Results depend on many factors outside our control.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time: log in, open your profile, and choose Delete my account. You can also email us at the address below, and a parent or guardian may make the same request for their child. We action deletion requests within 30 days, and usually much sooner. If an account has not been signed into for 24 months, we will contact you, if we have an email address for you, and then delete it.
Service "as is"
StatTrakker is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you.
