Stattrakker ("we," "us," "our") provides an athlete-passport service that lets athletes log stats and coaches manage teams. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. By using Stattrakker you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
- Account info you provide: name, sport, position, level, where you play, and your location (city/state).
- Activity you create: games, stats, check-ins, journals, and team/roster information.
- Sign-in security: a PIN you choose to access your account.
- Payment info: subscriptions are processed by PayPal. We do not collect or store your card or bank details. PayPal handles that directly.
How we use it
- To run your athlete passport and team tools.
- To make athletes discoverable by coaches and scouts within Stattrakker, as the athlete intends.
- To process subscriptions and provide support.
How we share it
We do not sell your personal information. Profile details an athlete adds (name, sport, where they play, stats) may be visible to coaches and scouts using Stattrakker. That is the purpose of the passport. We share information with service providers that help us operate, such as PayPal for payments and our hosting provider.
Young athletes
Stattrakker is intended for use by athletes 13 and older. If an athlete is under 18, a parent or guardian should review and approve their use, and is responsible for any subscription. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us information, contact us and we will remove it.
Your choices
- You can edit your profile information anytime in your account settings.
- You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account or your PayPal account.
- You can request deletion of your account and data by emailing us.
Data retention & security
We keep your information for as long as your account is active. We take reasonable measures to protect it, but no online service can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure.
